HOW TO CREATE YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Follow these steps to create a customer account:
1) Scroll down to the “My account” tab on your app
2) Select “Not yet registered?”
3) Create personal login details for your customer account
4) Enter your name, date of birth and phone number
5) Enter your travel details to complete your profile 
6) Select “Confirm and create my account”

After you’ve created your travel profile, check your email inbox within 48 hours and click on the link provided to activate your account.

Looking for a better way to travel? Creating your customer account is just the beginning! Now you can personalise your Voyages-sncf account with pictures, comfort class preferences, ticket pick-up methods and more. Just click on the “My Account” tab and log in to get started.

Time to pay? Click on “Passenger Profile” to create a secure payment space. You’ll be able to:

• Add bank cards and payment details. See more
• Add travel preferences.
• Change your personal details.

Do you prefer to travel with friends or family? Add photos and profiles for your loved ones on the "My Travel Companions” tab, located below your personal profile. Put in their travel details, profile pictures and loyalty cards to create a truly personalised customer account!
