1. When the template order is complete please check your e-mail account, you should get an e-mail with the link to the template download page. The email would be something like this:
To get access to the template download page click the link (marked with blue at the above screenshot) or copy it to your web-browser address bar and press Enter.
Do not delete this email as it contains the details about your order that you may need in future.
2.You’ll be forwarded to your order details page that would be something like this:
The left column contains your order details. Save these details as you may need them in cases you’ll need to re-download the template, contact technical support for assistance etc.
The middle column contains the template number, template download button and the password to unzip the sources package.
In the right column you can see the support team contact details and links to the help center. Feel free to check the details video tutorials and instructions and contact the support team if you have any questions.
3. To start downloading click the Download button. You’ll see the Opening file window, select the option Save.
When the download is complete you can find the downloaded template package in your default downloads directory or on your desktop (depends on your browser settings).
