Missing fonts from the PSD file

Q: I purchased a template and I installed all the fonts that you supplied. When I open the PSD files, I’m missing fonts. The Photoshop error message says: “Some text layers contain fonts that are missing. These layers need to have the missing fonts replaced before they can be used for vector based output”.

A: Make sure that you installed all the fonts that came with the template package. Please see the Working with fonts section of the help center to see how to install the fonts. If the fonts are still missing, then you need to contact our Support Team. Please have the name of the missing font before contacting us. Click “OK” on the “Some text layers contain fonts that are missing…” Photoshop error message. Now select “Text Tool” and click on “Font family dropdown menu” and scroll to the bottom.  The installed fonts are black. The fonts that you are missing are grey put in square brackets. Write down the names of the missing fonts and contact our Friendly Support Team via:
