To view videos from the Media Center, you may be asked to download Adobe Flash Player. To install Adobe Flash Player on your computer, follow the instructions provided below for your browser type.
Windows Browsers
Internet Explorer
1. Open Internet Explorer and go to the Adobe website (www.adobe.com).
2. On the Adobe website, click the Get Adobe Flash Player button.
3. A window to install Adobe Flash Player will open. You may deselect the Free Google Toolbar.
4. Click Agree and Install Now.
5. Left Click on the message regarding downloading add-ons and choose Install Active X Control.
6. A security box will open asking if you would like to continue installing Adobe Flash Player. Click Install.
7. Adobe Manager will open and show the installation process. After the installation, close your browser window and restart Internet Explorer to begin using Adobe Flash Player.
Safari
1. Open Safari and go to the Adobe website (www.adobe.com).
2. On the Adobe website, click the Get Adobe Flash Player button.
3. Adobe Flash Player will open. Click Download Now.
4. You will be asked to Run or Save the file. Choose Run This File.
5. A security box will open to confirm your decision and give you the chance to cancel the installation. Click Run.
6. Agree to the Adobe Flash Player Terms and Conditions and then click Install.
7. You will be asked to close your internet browser window for the installation process to continue. Close Safari.
8. Restart Safari to begin using Adobe Flash Player.
Firefox
1. Open Mozilla Firefox and go to the Adobe website (www.adobe.com).
2. On the Adobe website, click the Get Adobe Flash Player button.
3. From the Install Adobe Flash Player window, you may deselect the McAfee Security Scan Plus. Click the yellow Agree and install Now button.
Note: Firefox may require an installation of the Adobe DLM as an add-on to Firefox. If this happens, Firefox and Adobe will provide directions to complete the installation.
4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions of Adobe Flash Player and then click Install.
5. You will be asked to close your internet browser window for the installation process to continue. Close Firefox.
6. Restart Firefox to begin using Adobe Flash Player.
Opera
1. Open Opera and go to the Adobe website (www.adobe.com).
2. On the Adobe website, click the Get Adobe Flash Player button.
3. From the Install Adobe Flash Player window, click Agree and Install Now.
4. You will be asked to Run or Save the file. Choose Run This File.
5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions of Adobe Flash Player and then click Install.
6. You will be asked to close your internet browser window for the installation process to continue. Close Opera.
7. Restart Opera to begin using Adobe Flash Player.
Mac Browsers
Safari
1. Open Mozilla Firefox and go to the Adobe website (www.adobe.com).
2. On the Adobe website, click the Get Adobe Flash Player button.
3. Click Install Adobe Flash Player.
4. From your list of downloads, open Adobe Flash Player.
5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions of Adobe Flash Player and then click Install.
6. You will be asked to close your internet browser window for the installation process to continue. Close Safari.
7. Restart Safari to begin using Adobe Flash Player.
Firefox
1. Open Mozilla Firefox and go to the Adobe website (www.adobe.com).
2. On the Adobe website, click the Get Adobe Flash Player button.
3. Click Agree and Install Now.
4. Choose Save File and then click OK.
5. From your list of downloads, open Adobe Flash Player.
6. Agree to the Terms and Conditions of Adobe Flash Player and then click Install.
7. You will be asked to close your internet browser window for the installation process to continue. Close Firefox.
8. Restart Firefox to begin using Adobe Flash Player.
