Telephone Banking
To access your Scottrade Bank account(s), press 1 to select Transaction Activity from the main menu.
After selecting Transaction Activity, you will be required to provide proof of identity before gaining access to your account information. You will be asked to:

Enter your eight-digit Scottrade brokerage account number or your 12-digit Scottrade Bank account number

Enter your four-digit telephone banking PIN
Upon successful authentication, you will be asked to select the type of account for which you want to access transaction activity.
If you have a single account, you will be directed to the appropriate menu for the selected account type.
If you have multiple accounts of the same type, you will be asked to select one account from a list of your accessible accounts. Accounts are presented using the last four digits of the account number.
