Parent Company of Duowan.com Plans to Launch IPO
The parent company of Duowan.com submitted an IPO application on October 15 to debut on the Nasdaq Stock Market with "YY" as its stock code.
The company has chosen Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS), Deutsche Bank (NYSE: DB) and Citibank Co., Ltd. as its major underwriters. Meanwhile, The Pacific Securities Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 601099) and Piper Jaffray Companies (NYSE: PJC) will be the sub-underwriters. Duowan.com stated officially that the parent company would finance up to USD 100 million via this IPO.
ABC to Issue CNY1bn Dim-sum Bonds in Hong Kong
Foreign media reports said that Agricultural Bank Of China Limited (ABC, SHSE: 601288, SEHK: 1288) plans to issue CNY 1 billion dim-sum bonds in Hong Kong next month, mostly with a term of three years.

The Private Clients and Asset Management group division comprises asset management, private wealth management and private, and business client activities. PCAM is divided into Asset and Wealth Management (AWM), focusing on managing assets on behalf of institutional clients, among others, and Private & Business Clients (PBC) corporate divisions. The Corporate Investments group division manages alternative assets and other debt and equity positions.
