Author has written 45 stories for Charmed, Stargate: SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis, Bones, StarTrek: Enterprise, NCIS, Criminal Minds, and Grey's Anatomy. Well, I've been posting stories on this site for umm, going on six years now. God, where does the time go? Anyway, I figured it was time I wrote something in my profile. Especially as it seems that I've gone and, without actually intending to, somehow created various universes for the different fandoms I write in. I think some sort of index or list about which stories go together and in what order is in order. So, let's see a little something about me. I'm a 33 years old attorney who loves to read, write and watch TV. I started writing because I got this idea about how Charmed should end and it wouldn't leave me alone until I put it down. I think I've been 'creating' stories in my mind since I was a teenager but it wasn't until that ep of Charmed got into my head that I actually wrote something down. And after that, I was off; especially after the I got an idea for an SG1 fic. Now, it's six years and, I can't believe it, 37 (soon to be 38) stories later. Again, I'm forced to ask, where does time go? It just seems like yesterday I was about to go off to college . . . no, that's not true; college does seem quite a while away - it's just, it's hard to believe it's been so long now. I do have an idea for an original novel (actually a trilogy, if you've read any of my stuff you know I have a tendency to be a little long winded and to keep writing sequels even when I say I won't) but ideas for new fanfics keep coming up and I keep getting sidetrack. Oh, well; I'll get it done sooner or later. Umm, what else? Well, I was born in Lima, Peru but we moved to the States a few months short of my 13th birthday and I've lived there for twenty years. I'm currently back in Peru getting my law degree down here; I studied international law so I figured a law degree from another country and some legal experience abroad can only help. But I discovered that while Spanish might be my native language it is not my first language; it might not seem like a big distinction but believe me it is. I knew it was going to be hard to study in Spanish (especially the legal jargon) but I didn't realize quite how hard it was going to be. But, in the end I'll truly be bilingual so I'll keep at it. Ok, on to my stories. As you can see I've written for more than one show. I never know what show I'm going to end up writing for 'cause musie is a very capricious creature and always does what it wants. But it's usually one of my favorite shows - or at least a show that was a favorite at the time. Right now, I'm focused mostly on Criminal Minds and the series of tags I'm writing for season 5, though I've also written a couple of one shots. But I have an Stargate Atlantis fic I have to finish (I started it at least two years ago!) and I promised to write the sequels to a Bones fic and another to a the crossover universe of Bones and SG1. I'll start those in the next few weeks, as soon as I get the next two tags done and the Atlantis fic finished. I should probably say that all my stories are romance oriented and will always (or just about) will have a happy ending. I have very specific ships and there will never be any deviation from them: Bones: Booth/Brennan and Angela/Hodgins, though this last one is not a must Stargate SG1: Sam/Jack, Daniel/Vala, Teal'c/Ishta - but again not a must. Stargate Atlantis: John/Teyla, McKay/Jennifer and I do like Ronon/Amanda. Criminal Minds: Hotch/Prentiss, and I like JJ/Will and Garcia/Kevin and see no reason to change that part of canon. NCIS: Tony/Ziva and I can see McGee/Abbey. Star Trek Enterprise: Trip/T'Pol Charmed: Cole/Phoebe and Leo/Piper. As I've said, I'm very loyal to my ships and I won't write or read anything outside of these ships. I like other shows of course, like Two and a Half Men, Big Bang Theory, Friends, Remington Steele, Babylon 5, Superman, Smallville (though only the last two seasons where Clark and Lois are finally getting close), Supernatural, Medium, Ghost Whisperer (just started watching it), Legend of the Seeker, Star Trek, the Next Generation and Voyager, the Closer, Psych, Coupling and As Time Goes By (both English comedies that are hilarious). And yes, I know I'm all over the place. What can I say? I'm a complex person. And here's the list of my stories: Criminal Minds: Tag series: All She Could Do, Break Me Out, Coming Out the Other Side, Drinks and Conversation, Evaluations, Explanations and Expectations, First Obstacle, Gossip at 3,000 Feet, Hunted Hotch and Interlude's End (as of 1/21/2009, on going). Criminal Minds one shot: Life's Messy and Little Pieces (as of right now a one shot, might turn into a multi-chapter or part of a mini-series). Bones - The Points series: Starting Point, Points in Between, Breaking Point (the first one I wrote), and coming soon Turning Point. Bones one shots: She's the One for Him, One of Us, These are the Moments, Booth's Torture, That Last Moment, What You Least Expect. Bones multi chapter not part of a series: Nick of Time, You're Still the One. Bones/SG1 Crossover: On Bones: I know. On the SG1 side: The Quedaste, Te Amare and Encounters. Crossover: Men From the Gate (Squints meet SG1), Aliens in the City (six months after, squints get more involved in the stargate universe) and coming soon, Squints in Space (will be told from Bones pov) and SG1 in Atlantis (will be told from SG1 pov and will include John/Teyla while the Bones one won't). SG1 - Life After the SG1 series: The End of the Band and Life After the SG1. Stargate Atlantis: Tag to Common Ground. Long Overdue, fits into the Life After the SG1 universe and within that timeline. Star Trek Enterprise: Last Chance, Moving Forward. And I might write a third one some day. Charmed: Despite it All, It'll Always be Magic, which I hope to finish soon but as of right now is on hiatus). NCIS: Definitely Worth It. |
