Ok, so I got my 360 back from repair after the RROD.
Now ever since I got it back today, the disc try won't open after I press the eject button on the disc tray. I have to hold it at least 5 seconds for it to open. But when I go to the dashboard to eject it, it works fine. Should I be concern about this?
chaddie84: Here's a general 360 question. Do play and charge kit batteries tend only last 6 months before being completely incapable of holding a charge? I was careful to always let the battery drain down until the controller would shut off, then plug it in, but it still seemed to be a pretty poor NiCad rechargable IMO. Has anyone else had a problem with these kits? Should they laster longer than 6 months? Beyond that, the average battery life in a single charge was somewhere around 8 hours...
well ive had my charge kit since feburary of 2007 and it still charges like a champ.
I had a rrod Once and i was expired on my warenty so i turned it off for a while and then it worked fine but then i got the error 74 and i just went stuff it and got a new one but if this one stuffs up after my 2 year warrenty im going to get a ps3 as much as i hate the damn thing at least i havent herd of a ps3breaking down.
Oh yeagh my friend that i gave my old 360 with the error 74 he fixed it lol he reversed the fan in the xbox and done stuff to the hanar chip with basic tool if anione needs to know how to do this then please by all means messege me.

How do you get an Ipod touch to play on the 360? I dowloaded the media update from the marketplace but it still doesn't work. The ipod starts to charge when I connect it but the 360 doesn't read it.

I believe you go to the memory section of the options area on the dashboard. Then when your going through all your files on the memory card, you can move or copy them to the hard drive, with the Y button or something. Try that, if it doesn't let me know and I'll hop on my 360 and help you.

Hmm, good question, it all comes down to opinion really. Out of all the arcade games I own, my number 1 favorite would be Portal: Still Alive, then followed by Braid. Both are excellent titles. If you like good ol classic gaming, then I'd suggest getting the Sonic games, Castlevania, Mega Man 9, Mortal Kombat, TMNT, etc. Rez is a good choice as well.
Does anyone know if your three year warranty resets when you get a refurbished xbox from repair? My xbox just broke and I'm out of warranty (obviously, got my original in January 06).
There's no way I'm paying $100 for a repair and still remaining out of warranty for the new console.
