What is the registration fee?

$2295.00 USD.

What is included in my registration fee?

Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions, Hands-On Training Labs, Q&A; with the experts and the Partner Showcase. It also includes all entertainment, including a Friday ski pass, as well as all of your conference meals. Note: Skiing is limited to 1000 guests.

Is there an additional charge for Omniture University training?

Yes, Omniture University Training™ courses are available for customers at a rate of $649 (a savings of $250) per session. There is an option to sign up for Omniture University classes when you register for the conference.

Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?

All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.

What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Is my reservation transferable?

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company. Please submit all transfer requests to summit@omniture.com.

What if I have to cancel?

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email (summit@omniture.com) no later than February 19, 2010. All cancellations made on or before February 19, 2010, are subject to a cancellation fee of US $100.00. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after February 19, 2010.

Note that attendees who have not cancelled on or before February 19, 2010 and have an outstanding balance will be invoiced for their full amount and any outstanding balance will be due within 30 business days of date of invoice.

What is the closest airport?

Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is a 10-minute drive from The Grand America.

What kind of weather should I anticipate?

Salt Lake City is typically cold in early March, so you should plan accordingly.

How should I dress?

Plan on warm attire. Long pants, heavy coats, hats and gloves are suggested for outside activities. During the conference, business casual attire is appropriate.

Are discounted rates available at the Grand America and the Little America Hotel?

Yes, discounted rates start at $250 at The Grand America Hotel and $159 at The Little America Hotel.
