As our business expands, the number of bilingual customers has been steadily increasing. That’s why we have more than 129 bilingual associates currently working in our branch network and at corporate headquarters. To help our associates serve our growing number of bilingual customers, we launched:
  • Scottrade’s Asia Pacific Department in 2001
  • A Chinese-language version of Scottrade’s Trading Website in 2003
  • Asia Pacific Services live online support in 2005
  • 24/7 Asia Pacific Service Center hours in 2009

Our Chinese-speaking stockbrokers provide service to both domestic and international customers. International customers include residents of China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

We also have Spanish-speaking stockbrokers and Service Center technicians, and a variety of our educational webcasts are available in Spanish.
