Our Training and Development department provides growth opportunities for all of our branch associates. Because we are focused on customer service, we invested $350,000 in a Customer Relationship Program for branch offices, including Scottrade-specific online training simulations.

Along with our in-depth Onboarding program, new branch associates receive 12-18 hours of training in customer relationship skills. Other training and licensing opportunities available to branch associates include:
