Focus groups are held quarterly with selected branch managers, providing an open forum to discuss a variety of topics. These two-day sessions cover both issues and ideas. Furthermore, any associate can submit an idea to be discussed via the focus group website on our intranet. The status of submitted ideas is also tracked on this website.
All of our brokers are supported by the Branch Administration department at the St. Louis headquarters. This gives branch associates an ongoing connection and support from the home office. Every fall season, we hold Branch Manager and Broker meetings for awards, networking and a chance to discuss the company vision with the President, Rodger Riney.
