You are correct. Getting a report should cost two tokens.

I'm curious, what is the rule on token usage? Logically it seems like every API request would use one, and only one, token, but it seems like my usage is higher. Am I just imaging things?
The scenario I believe should be correct is: a standard queued report would use one token for the request to create the report, and one more for the request to retrieve it. Meaning, a total of two tokens to get a single report.
