A: As an exclusive owner of the template design we provide materials with the usage licenses. We do not transfer any ownership rights with the license. You pay only for the right to use the template on your website. However, after you build and publish your web project, you will have full rights for all the additional code and materials that are added to the original design. You are the exclusive owner of your webpage, but the original template design remains our property.
