Market Movers

The New ScottradeELITE Market Movers window displays securities that have reached a high or low for the current day. Information framed inside a yellow background indicates that the stock displayed has reached a new high or low for the past 52-week period. The Market Movers window becomes active at 9:30 a.m. ET of the current trading day. Updates are not available during extended hours trading.

Accessing Market Movers

You can access Market Movers in the following ways:

On the Main Menu in the top left corner of the ELITE platform, point to Quotes and then click Market Movers.

On the Quotes menu, at the top of the ELITE platform, click Market Movers.

Pausing Market Movers

You can pause the streaming data that displays in the Market Movers window in the following ways:

Click Pause on the Market Movers toolbar.

Click the vertical scroll bar.

Note: The Pause button becomes the Play button when Market Movers data is paused.

To resume streaming Market Movers data, click Play.

Configuring Market Movers

To configure the display settings of the Market Movers window, do the following:

On the Market Movers menu, located in the top left corner of the window, click Configure.
Anywhere in the Market Movers window, right-click to see the shortcut menu, and then click Configure.

From the Configure dialog box that appears, select any of the following options:

Display Filters:
- Daily High
- Daily Low
- 52 Week High
- 52 Week Low
Last Price
- Minimum
- Maximum
Net Change
- Minimum
- Maximum
Percent Change
- Minimum
- Maximum
Display Settings
- Background Color Settings
  - High
  - Low
  - 52 Week High
  - 52 Week Low
  - Positions Highlight
- Text Color Settings

  - Low
  - 52 Week High
  - 52 Week Low

From the Configure Market Movers dialog box, after you make your selection, click Apply and then click OK.

To revert to the default settings in the Market Movers window, from the Configure Market Movers dialog box, click Restore Original Settings, and then click OK
