Reordering Checks
There are several ways for you to reorder checks for your Scottrade account:
1.You can reorder checks by visiting or calling your local branch office, or mailing a reorder slip to your local branch address. Reorder slips are included with your original box of checks.
2.You can reorder checks online at www.deluxe.com. If you order checks through the Deluxe check website, you will need to supply your routing number and the 14-digit account number located at the bottom of each check when placing the order request. If any of your contact information has been changed since your previous check order, you will have to process your reorder purchase through Scottrade.For your protection, Deluxe cannot change any of your personal information.
3.You may reorder checks through any outside check printing organization on your own. However, Scottrade is not responsible for any checks that are ordered independently and cannot assist you with any ordering information.
After your order request is complete, please allow 2-4 weeks for standard check delivery. If you would like to receive your checks sooner, there are several Express Delivery options including overnight delivery, next-day delivery, and the four-day express option that can be found on the Deluxe check website or at your local branch office.
To change any of the identification information on your personal checks, you will need to contact your local branch prior to placing your order. Changes of name, address, or other contact information cannot be made online through Deluxe Check.
The standard pattern for Scottrade checks is the antique paper style check. Options for personalizing your checks can be found at your local branch office or on the Deluxe check website.
