Alcoa (NYSE:AA) is the worst performer, falling 3.49% today, below the Dow's decline of 0.57% thus far. Just behind are shares of Hewlett-Packard (NYSE:HPQ), which is down 3.30%.

Rounding out the list of decliners are shares of General Electric (NYSE:GE) and American Express (NYSE:AXP), which are down 2.49% and 2.27%, respectively. Finally we have Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) which is lower by 2.17% on this day.

The Company serves customers worldwide primarily in the transportation, packaging, building, and industrial markets with both fabricated and finished products.

Despite it's recent performance, Alcoa (NYSE:AA) has potential upside of 69.5% based on a current price of $9.71 and analysts' consensus price target of $16.45. Alcoa shares should first meet with resistance at the 50-day moving average (MA) of $12.35 and find additional resistance at the 200-day MA of $15.35.
