MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 18, 2014-- The closed-end funds listed below, which are advised by U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, Inc. (NYSE:USB), today declared their August distributions. The distributions will be allocated on a per-share basis on the common stock. The distributions have an ex-dividend date of August 1, 2014 and will be paid on August 20, 2014 to shareholders of record on August 5, 2014.
U.S. Bancorp (U.S. Bancorp) is a multi-state financial services holding company. U.S. Bancorp provides a range of financial services, including lending and depository services, cash management, foreign exchange and trust and investment management services. It also engages in credit card services, merchant and automated teller machine (ATM) processing, mortgage banking, insurance, brokerage and leasing. The Company operates in five segments: Wholesale Banking and Commercial Real Estate, Consumer and Small Business Banking, Wealth Management and Securities Services, Payment Services and Treasury and Corporate Support. U.S. Bancorp's banking subsidiaries are engaged in the general banking business, principally in domestic markets.
