Ethiopian Potash Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: FED) is
pleased to announce the appointment of Antonino (Anthony) Vella as a
director of the Company, effective immediately.
Mr. Vella is currently an independent consultant and has considerable
experience within the private and public marketplace. Mr. Vella joins
Ms. Hueston as an independent member of the Company's board of
directors. Mr. Vella holds a Masters of Business Administration from
the University of Victoria and is also a director of Black Sparrow
Capital Corp.

Company Background
Ethiopian Potash Corp. (EPC), formerly Panorama Resources Ltd., is a development-stage company. The Company is a mineral resources company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Eastern Africa. On March 9, 2011, the Company acquired all of the outstanding capital of Panorama Resources Ltd. The Company was granted an option to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of G and B Central African Resources Ltd. (G&B;) and thereby acquired G&B;'s interest in the Danakil Potash Permits. The Danakil Depression is located in northern Ethiopia. The Danakil permits consist of two contiguous mining concessions covering an aggregate total area of 480 square kilometers on the floor of the Danakil Depression. On March 9, 2011, the Company acquired all of the outstanding capital of Panorama Resources Ltd. As of September 30, 2011, the Company had not generated any revenues.
