The Company also managed additional theatres in the United States, Brazil and Colombia during the year ended December 31, 2011. As of December 31, 2011, Cinemark managed its business under two segments: U.S. markets and international markets. As of December 31, 2011, it operated 456 theatres and 5,152 screens in the United States and Latin America. During 2011, the Company in the United States had 297 theatres and 3,878 screens in 39 states. During 2011, the Company in Latin America had 159 theatres and 1,274 screens in 13 countries.
