Well-loved Seattle area novelty merchant Archie McPhee's famous "Smoking Baby" toy is the subject of legal threats from Phillip Morris. The tobacco company is unhappy that the Smoking Baby cigarette packages have a similar color scheme and shapes in their obvious parody.

You've probably heard the recent news of kite-flying being banned in regions of Pakistan. People were flying their kites alongside the road, and somebody would zoom by on a motorcycle and the kite string would slice open their neck, ultimately causing their death.
I love technology. I love my TiVo, my iPod, and my Sirius. Nothing was cooler to me than sitting in my living room on my laptop using iTunes on my desktop in another room to listen to music on my stereo.

Pentax just released a preview of a slick looking new compact digital camera. At a whopping 8.32 megapixels, this little monster also employs anti-shake technology and a larger than usual CCD. The Optio A10 is due out in February and will cost less than $350.
