Having a good work-life balance is important and it is something we strongly standby. We offer flextime for some of our associates who work at our corporate headquarters, including our IT department. Having that flexibility has given those associates the opportunity to better balance their work and what they have going on in their personal life.

From my past experiences I'm a big believer in team work. Goals and targets can be achieved more efficiently with greater success while empowering individuals to achieve at higher standards. I have spent the past five years working in back office operations with RIA clients at the bank of NY. I am highly interested in interviewing for the Branch Manager position in Englishton NJ and/or Red Bank if that position is still available.
