Having a good work-life balance is important and it is something we strongly standby. We offer flextime for some of our associates who work at our corporate headquarters, including our IT department. Having that flexibility has given those associates the opportunity to better balance their work and what they have going on in their personal life.

Through our Learning Center’s online courses our associates can proactively learn about our business and expand their industry knowledge. Weekly in-person training classes also give our associates the opportunity to develop the skill set needed to advance their career. Growing our associates professionally has led to sixty-three percent of jobs filled internally, last year.

We encourage associates to get involved in their communities. Through our Charitable Giving Program, we donate $20 for every hour an associate volunteers his or her time to a charity, and we give them one paid day off – known as a “Day of Caring” – to spend time helping a charity in their community.
