You can use the header to navigate quickly between your Web-Based Email, Homepage, Calendar, Online File Folder, and Fax Thru Email accounts. You can use the header tabs to move easily from one product to another.
NOTE: You must be logged into your accounts to access them from the header.

You can view information on new product updates by clicking the New Features hyperlink in the header.

Use your mouse pointer to hover over the feature for which you want to view more information.
Here’s the Lowdown: You can open a suggestion form for the product with which you are working in from the header. To submit a suggestion, you may need to log in to the product first.

In the header you can open a customer support request form from within the Homepage, Calendar, File, or Fax tabs. Customer support requests are sent directly to Online Support for assistance with products, error messages, sales inquiries, or billing problems.

You can use the header to upload a file from within the Homepage, Email, Calendar, File, or Fax tabs.

If you have an email account, you can use the header to compose a message from within the Homepage, Calendar, File, or Fax tabs. You compose messages with the same options available in Web-Based Email.
