The Tax Reports page allows you to export your realized cost basis information in the TXF file format. This file can be importated into different tax preparation software programs.

Download the TXF File

1. Choose the year you would like to download from the drop-down box provided.

2. Click Go.

3. In the File Download dialog box, click Save to save the report to a file or folder on your computer.

4. In the Save As dialog box, select the location and file name to save the document. The Desktop or My Documents folders are examples of acceptable locations to save the file.

5. Click Save.

6. On the Download Complete dialog box, choose Open to look at the document you just saved, or choose Close to close the dialog box and access the file later.

Note: The TXF files are compatible with the software versions of accounting software including TurboTax, but they are not compatible with the online versions.
