Bayfield Ventures Corp. is a Canada-based company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring resource properties in Canada. Its mineral properties include Rainy River Block B, Rainy River Block C, Rainy River Burns Block and Gold Creek. The Company and Skyharbour Resources Ltd. (Skyharbour) each hold a 24.5% interest in the Red Lake Baird property in a joint venture with Goldcorp Canada Ltd. (Goldcorp), which hold the remaining 51% interest. It has 100% interest in four patented mineral claims, known as Block B, located in the Rainy River District in north-western Ontario. It has 100% interest in and to one claim block known as Block C located in the north-western Ontario. The Company has 100% interest in Gold Creek property. The Gold Creek property consists of two claim blocks totaling 32 units (520 hectares) and is located north of the community of Sioux Lookout and northwest of the former producing Golden Patricia Mine.
