Shares are up about a quarter of a percent.
Chinese solar cell producer, JA Solar Holdings Co. (JASO), was reduced to a Sell rating at Stifel & Nicolaus. The analyst who issued the rating cited the trend for lower prices in the solar cell market.
Shares of JA Solar dropped over four percent during the morning session.
Patriot Coal (PCX) was downgraded at FBR Capital to Market Perform from Outperform. Analysts at FBR stated that the Missouri based coal-mining company presents investors with no significant upside in the near term.
Shares are down over 5.5% thus far on the trading day.
