The company's previous guidance was for earnings of $0.40 to $0.55 per share and the current consensus earnings estimate is $0.51 per share on revenue of $462.3 million for the year ending March 31, 2011.

Arctic Cat reported net earnings in the prior-year third quarter of $2.6 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, on net sales of $131.0 million.
