COMPENSATION ANALYST

If so, we want to talk with you about joining our dynamic growing team! We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join Omniture’s Compensation function.

The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for providing compensation analytical support for Omniture’s broad-based compensation and recognition programs. This analyst will be responsible for helping human resource business partners collect survey data, participate in salary surveys, supply domestic US and Non US business partners with local salary survey data, assist in the creation of job descriptions, and help maintain the integrity of our SAP job hierarchy within HRMS system.

Description


  • Assist Director, Compensation is implementing compensation strategy within US and Non-US locations
  • Assist human resource business partners and managers in determining proper pay for new hires and promoted employees
  • Participate in third party external surveys and analyze survey results for competitive position of company total remuneration
  • Evaluate roles and recommend band assignment and FLSA status
  • Support the development and administration of regional pay practices and programs
  • Research best practices and keep abreast of compensation trends outside of the company
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from managers and staff for special compensation reviews/adjustments
  • Provide market information regarding annual salary budgeting
  • Support regional managers during year-end compensation cycle
  • Respond to requests by region/sites for compensation information
  • Assist in the creation of job descriptions

Qualifications


    The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferred degree in Human Resources,
  • Business Administration/Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Compensation professional, especially within an analyst role
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation, HRIS, and metrics & planning
  • Experience maintaining and providing insight to broad-based compensation plans
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to obtain, present and discuss information and recommendations that may be controversial in nature
  • Experience working in a team-oriented fast-paced environment
  • Project management skills
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • CCP certification is highly desirable
  • Experience in a start-up environment, where wearing multiple hats and holding multiple responsibilities was the norm, is highly desirable
