Omniture Certified Professional™ Agreement

This agreement is signed by program candidates after fulfilling the requirements for each of the
Omniture University™ certification programs. The document sets forth the legal relationship
between an Omniture Certified Professional and Omniture. Each candidate is required to sign
and submit this agreement to Omniture University before procuring rights to official
Omniture Certified Professional logos.

Exam Policies

Participants are encouraged to download the appropriate certification exam guide for
preparation. Exam guides can be found on each of the certification Web pages within this
site. Omniture University strongly recommends that each professional attend the relevant
course(s), as each exam is built using the course content as its foundation. Certification exam
fees vary by exam; please refer to the OCP exam registration page for pricing and exam scheduling information.

Omniture University will retire exams once the content is dated or superseded by a new product.

Exam results—and certifications earned—reside with the Omniture Certified Professional and not
with the company or partner for which they work. As such, certifications are not transferable from
one individual to another.

Participants will receive exam score and certification notification within 5 working days of exam completion.

Privacy Information

Omniture University respects the privacy of those participating in the Omniture Certified
Professional program. The information collected by Omniture in the administration of this program
is used solely for that purpose. Omniture will never sell or distribute private contact information.

Omniture may use information from applications to verify program status, provide participants with
updates on programs or to solicit feedback.
