Certification Requirements

The Omniture Certified Professional program is a rigorous new program designed to test a professional’s ability in several areas, geared specifically to their needs and job requirements. Omniture University has a variety of courses that will help the professional prepare for the online exam associated with the applicable certification. Once a professional passes a certification exam, he or she will sign the Omniture Certified Professional agreement and officially receive the designation associated with that given certification. Designations are valid for 12 months and are coupled with a particular product version (if applicable). A new product release may require an upgrade exam within a specific time period.

The content for the Omniture Certified Professional: Implementation™ certification is derived from hundreds of Omniture implementations and their associated best practices. Those seeking this designation must know proper implementation processes, SiteCatalyst™ variables, customizations, advanced features and functionality, validation and troubleshooting and other topics. Partners seeking this designation should download the appropriate exam guide to aide them in their preparation. Professionals are strongly encouraged to attend the three-day SiteCatalyst Advanced Implementation course offered frequently through Omniture University.

Omniture Certified Professional: Sales™

This certification will give your sales staff the industry background, product knowledge, and sales tactics they need to sell Omniture solutions effectively in today’s competitive marketplace. After completing a recommended classroom course and passing a written certification exam, participants will receive their Omniture Certified Professional: Sales™ certification.

Omniture Certified Professional: Support™

This certification is designed to provide your support staff with the skills and resources they need to support your Omniture customers effectively. After completing a rigorous course of study that includes product training, information on Omniture Support best practices, white papers, and knowledge base articles, participants must pass an online exam to receive their Omniture Certified Professional: Support™ certification.
