In their evaluation of the Web analytics market, Forrester conducted extensive research, hand-picking the top nine analytics vendors against 106 criteria. The criteria was grouped into three high-level areas: Current Offering, Strategy and Market Presence, then vendors were scored on a scale of zero to five—five representing the highest score.

Overall, Omniture consistently scored well in each of the three categories, outscoring competitors with:

  • Highest score for Service and Support
  • Highest score for Product Direction
  • Second highest score for International Presence
  • Second highest score for Install Base
  • Second highest score for Commitment
