Omniture Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering of Common Stock

OREM, Utah – April 4, 2006 – Omniture, Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The offered shares will be sold by Omniture and certain stockholders of the company.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated will act as the sole book-running manager for the offering and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will act as co-lead manager. In addition, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. will act as co-managers of the offering. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
