
OREM, Utah – June 27, 2006 – Omniture, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,700,000 shares of common stock at a price of $6.50 per share (before underwriting discounts and commissions). Of those shares, Omniture will sell 8,700,000 shares and selling stockholders will sell 2,000,000 shares. Omniture has granted the underwriters the right to purchase an additional 1,605,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments. Shares of Omniture common stock will trade on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol “OMTR.”
Omniture will receive net proceeds of approximately $50.1 million from the offering, which it intends to use for a $4.0 million license payment that is due on the closing of the offering and for general corporate purposes. Omniture will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is acting as co-lead manager.
