Post-sales role responsible for the development, expansion and retention of a portfolio of strategic Omniture partners. Works with existing partners to expand Omniture services and products into new markets, solutions and accounts. Primary point of escalation for all partner-related issues or concerns.

Responsible for the development, expansion and retention of a portfolio of strategic Omniture partners with a key focus on the success and growth of each partner.
Promotes cross organizational adoption of Omniture products, services, tools and methodologies throughout partner base.
Develops and establishes support for the partner sales strategy, ensuring optimal utilization of Omniture and partner resources, deploying Omniture value proposition to the partners and improving overall partner experience.
Develops product sales competencies in order to enable assigned partners to better serve Omniture customers and works in conjunction with existing partners to expand Omniture business into new markets, solutions and accounts.
Coordinates Omniture and partner lead activities with marketing, sales and support resources to reduce overlap and conflict with partners. Leverages Omniture sales and support structures and processes to help partners reach identified goals.
Drives process improvements in operational and sales areas. Manages senior level engagement - planning, reviews, new initiatives, etc.
Serves as primary point of escalation for partner issues or concerns.

Bachelor's degree in business or technical field of study
Detailed knowledge of key indirect sales channels
Resilience, results orientation, and relationship building skills
Solid team working and leadership skills
Demonstrated success with business planning and long term sales funnel development
Familiarity with business applications of online marketing and/or web analytics
Experience in a project management setting
Resource management
Knowledge of delivery capability
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
