• Design, develop & maintain corporate applications according to provided specifications.
• Partner with department business managers to understand their needs and systems limitations.
• Maintain, optimize, and test existing in-house applications to enhance and improve performance and functionality.
• Integrate disparate corporate systems via scheduled batch data updates and communication triggers.
• Help define and architect new application features and functionality.
• Make consultative recommendations for system and process improvement.

• 2-6 years experience in software design and development.
• Application development proficiency in C/C++, Java, PHP, or related language.
• Strong sql skills and database programming experience.
• Systems administration experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, or Linux a plus.
• SAP design, configuration, and development experience a plus.
• Demonstrated track record working in environments and industries that are aggressive & fast-paced.
• Excellent problem-solving & interpersonal skills.
