If so, we want to talk with you about joining our dynamic growing team! We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Leader for Omniture’s Sales, Client Services and Development Groups.
The Sr. HR Manager/HR Director will lead a team of two direct reports to manage Human Resources for these client groups located in Orem, Utah, with sales offices around the world. The Omniture Sales, Client Services and Development organizations have grown at a rate of approximately 80% a year over the past 2-3 years and we anticipate continued dynamic growth as the online business optimization business continues to expand.
Primary responsibilities include: developing, managing, implementing and administering human resources strategy and solutions for the Omniture Sales and Client Services organization, including organization and leadership development, staffing planning, coaching, performance management, compensation, training, employee relations, and career counseling. This entails developing strong business relationships with the leadership teams and employee organizations, developing and driving the people agenda for these organizations, analyzing and presenting information to the leadership team that enables sound business/organization decisions; developing, implementing and overseeing the proactive delivery of various employee services; and contributing as a member of the broader Omniture HR team and business.
Develops and guides key people/org planning levers to improve business results
Partners closely with the Sales, Client Services and Development group leadership teams and other leaders to provide HR thought/organizational leadership for these businesses
Collaborates and promotes change management across the client group organizations and regional teams
Integrates HR plans for the businesses and coordinates with regional/international HR partners to develop and drive people programs and initiatives.
Designs talent management and leadership development plans across business groups
Develops leadership capability and impact leaders
Integrates across HR function and other key support functions
Builds organization and people capability to drive business objectives, and lead the implementation of key HR processes using HR best practices
Is responsible for building and managing all aspects of the HR team to ensure timely and high quality support of the operating and functional units of these businesses
To be successful in this role, you must be able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, think outside the box, work in a team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems in this high-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able to quickly gain knowledge of the business sufficient to make informed recommendations and take action, as appropriate. A commitment to strategic business partnerships is essential, as well as the willingness and confidence to 'push back' when needed and ask the hard questions to help meet business objectives. This role also requires the ability to partner effectively with key stakeholders in HR, and particularly our partners in Staffing, Organization Capability, Benefits, Compensation, Legal and Finance.
Qualifications should include a minimum of 10 years directly applicable human resources experience, including people management experience in a client-facing generalist role. Demonstrated knowledge of human resource laws such as EEOC guidelines, FLSA, and ADA are preferred. Must have excellent leadership, business acumen, consulting, analytical, project management, communication, problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills. A BA/BS in Human Resources, Business or related field is required with preference for MBA or MA in HR related field.
