EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS / M&A; PROGRAM MANAGER

Introduction


Reporting to the Director of Human Resources in Omniture’s HR organization, the Communications / M&A; Program Manager will facilitate Omniture’s internal employee communications, M&A;, and Employee Experience (E2) programs. This individual will develop content that clearly communicates Omniture’s Employment Value Proposition (EVP) and will support the Director of Human Resources in managing projects that directly impact employee engagement and the overall employment experience at Omniture. The Communications / M&A; Program Manager will work closely with various departments that service employees (e.g. human resources, marketing, training, corporate development) to develop and deliver effective communications, manage internal communication
campaigns, and deliver various E2 programs.

Description


  • Conceptualize, develop and deliver content for internal company-wide corporate communications, including emails, success stories, employee announcements and updates to employee-focused web sites
  • Work closely with marketing to develop and disseminate internal marketing materials
  • Develop mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of internal communications campaigns and E2 programs
  • Assist in project management for various M&A-related; communication and onboarding activities
  • Design and administer Omniture’s Annual Employee Engagement Survey
  • Develop plans and programs to reinforce and solicit feedback from employees on the EVP
  • Work with the Director of Employee Experience to identify and correct misalignments to EVP
  • Work with recruiting to design Omniture’s Candidate Value Proposition (CVP) closely aligned to our EVP; provide web updating/content management for our Omniture Careers website
  • Create and implement communications plans in support of key projects and cultural change initiatives
  • Drive internal campaigns for various HR/E2 initiatives
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the content in the corporate internal HR website
  • Compile, analyze, interpret and integrate information relating to communications, M&A;, and E2 programs and prepare executive level presentations
  • Manage and adhere to allocated budgets

Qualifications


  • Requires BA in Communications or equivalent; 3 – 5 years corporate communications experience, preferably in a high tech or professional environment
  • Must have core communications skills/experience (e.g. writing/editing, communications planning (internal), presentation development)
  • Must possess a proven track record of successful communications and project management experience, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Requires proficiency in MS Office, Internet, social networking and related technologies
  • Graphics or internet development skills (e.g. HTML) a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Multi-tasker, ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Project management skills highly desired
  • Past experienced with M&A; integration work a plus
