Omniture’s acquisition of Instadia doesn’t change that mission—it enhances it. Through the acquisition, we can now offer you the industry leading web analytics solution in addition to a much broader set of products that together make up a complete business optimization platform.

Business as usual – it’s your choice!
If you are currently using Instadia ClientStep as your Web analytics solution, you can continue to do so for the next 18 months. During this period all features will remain the same and so will the service and support you have come to expect from us.
We would, however, encourage you during this time to consider and evaluate the Omniture solution. We are offering a special benefit to our customers interested in migrating to the Omniture platform. If you decide to migrate during 2007, you will get access to Omniture SiteCatalyst 13 and all of its enhanced features without any extra cost.
Local customer support – as you know it!
The acquisition will not affect your Instadia ClientStep support services. Omniture is offering you the same high level of service and support you are accustomed to from the same crew of people in our Copenhagen office. Nothing has changed except that we’re now all a part of the Omniture team.
This means that you will continue to have your customer support available every Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm (CET), Copenhagen-Stockholm. Customer support is always ready to support and guide you. If you have questions related to Omniture products before migrating to the Omniture platform, please address these to the Account Manager in your local Omniture office.
Training is now available for Omniture products as well as for Instadia ClientStep. All customers migrating from Instadia ClientStep to Omniture SiteCatalyst in 2007 will receive complimentary training. Training is scheduled by contacting us by email: training_nordics@omniture.com. If you want to book training for Omniture SiteCatalyst you can now request training online here.
Our office is still located at the beautiful harbour front of Copenhagen, Islands Brygge and is now the headquarters for Omniture Nordics and Benelux.
