Oh la la! You can get an £19 P&O; ferry rtn for car, passengers & a bottle wine from Dover to Calais.
This is a list of super-cheap France trip deals will enable you to say "au revoir!" to expensive channel crossings.
Dover-Calais £19 car day return + wine
OR £1 foot passenger return + wine
P&O; has a great deal for booze cruise fans. For £19, you get a Dover-Calais day return for a car and passengers plus a free bottle of wine. Or you can travel by foot for £1 return.
- What does it include? £19 buys you a day trip to France for a car and up to nine passengers (worth c.£35), or for £1 you can travel by foot. Plus, for both deals you get a free bottle of JP Chenet red or white wine worth about £4.
- When can I go? The offer's valid for day trips up to Thurs 26 May and you must book before Weds 4 May. For car journeys it's £6 extra for Sat travel and for foot passengers it's £5 extra for Fri or Sat travel and you must return before 9:40pm on the same day.
The following dates are excluded from the offer: 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 30 April and 1, 2 May 2011.

The wine voucher will be given to you at the port when you check in and you must collect the bottle on your outward journey. You can't amend or refund your booking.
£22 Eurotunnel day return
Eurotunnel is running a £22 day return offer for travel during mid April. The trip is normally £44, so this is half price!
- What does it include? £22 buys you a day trip to France for a car, small van (car-based vans) or motorcycle and up to 9 people.
- When can I go? The offer's valid for day trips on Tues 12, Wed 13, Thurs 14, Tues 19 and Fri 20 Apr 2011 only. Availability is good for all those dates, though it's running low for departures between 07:20 and 10:50.
- How do I get it? To make bookings call 0844 335 1649, as the offer's not available online or at travel check-in. You'll also have to leave after 6am and return before midnight that same day (you can't return within 3 hours either).
Eurotunnel have also teamed up with some attractions so you can get deals such as tickets to waterpark Aqualud for €9 and historic centre La Coupole for €4.50.
