A Thousand Points of Insight Part Three: Adobe Genesis 3.0 Unveiled
A Thousand Points of Insight Part Three: Adobe Genesis 3.0 Unveiled
Christopher Parkin, Director, Genesis Solutions, Digital Marketing Business Unit, Adobe
You asked; we listened and responded.
The industry’s gold-standard for integrations that work across digital marketing technologies just got even better. Building on feedback from you, our valued customers and partners who comprise the more than 1,300 active connections into the digital marketing ecosystem, we have significantly improved the Adobe Genesis platform and are pleased to unveil today Adobe Genesis 3.0.
This new version of Genesis features a dramatically enhanced user interface for improved usability and creates a destination for digital marketers to glean critical insights about digital marketing performance across their organizations.
Here are a few key highlights of what you will find in Adobe Genesis 3.0:
- Improved information discoverability: We made it easier for marketing campaign managers to get a quick summary of their digital marketing activities with out-of-the-box reports and an automated dashboard of mission critical data. No more digging through Adobe SiteCatalyst (unless you want to) to get a high-level view of how various campaigns are performing.

- Simplified configuration: Administrators have a more user-friendly environment for their Genesis set-up, configuration and maintenance with drag-and-drop capabilities, set-up wizards and drop-down menus for selecting new segments with just one click.

- Greater transparency: Genesis 3.0 shows when data is transferred, where there are errors and how events are performing, offering customers real-time status monitoring and a look at what is happening behind the scenes so action can be taken quickly to resolve anything that goes awry.
- Streamlined support: The new user interface prominently features contact information for Adobe support and the accredited Genesis partner. Plus, a Support tab is now readily accessible with links to resources and FAQs for customers to understand more about their integrations.

We in the Digital Marketing Business at Adobe are incredibly fortunate to be at the hub of so many revolutionary and exciting developments; and we’ll continue to strive and make it easier, better, and faster for you as our customers and partners to connect with us and make great things happen together.
